PRIVACY POLICY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 AND 14 OF THE RGPD FOR DATA COLLECTED DIRECTLY AND INDIRECTLY FROM THE DATA SUBJECT

The European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Articles 13 and 14, paragraphs 1, imposes the obligation to inform the data subject, in case of direct and indirect collection of his or her data, about the basic elements of the processing, specifying them in § 1, lett. a/f.

C) The categories of personal data processed are:

-Personal, identifying data (e.g., first name, last name, company name, address, telephone, e-mail, bank and payment references).

The source from which the aforementioned data originates is: directly from the data subject when concluding contracts.

D) Treatment mode:

The processing of personal data is carried out by means of the operations specified in Art. 4 n. 2 GDPR and namely: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data.

Personal data are subject to both paper and electronic processing.

E) The recipients or possible categories of recipients are:

-Post office or other mail delivery companies, banks and credit institutions, debt collection companies, law firms, insurance companies, computer equipment maintenance/repair companies, professional firms, companies, business and business associations that provide certain accounting or tax services to us.

-public entities;

F) The data may be made accessible for the above purposes to employees and collaborators of the owner, in their capacity as data processors and/or system administrators.

Additional additional information needed to ensure fair and transparent processing:

1) Retention period of personal data:

The data will be processed for the duration of the established relationships and also thereafter for the fulfillment of legal obligations.

2) The data are kept and controlled by adopting appropriate preventive security measures designed to minimize the risks of loss and destruction, unauthorized access, unauthorized processing, and processing that differs from the purposes for which the processing is carried out.

3) The management and storage of personal data will take place in the territory of the European Union.

4) You are informed of the existence of your right to ask us for access to your personal data, rectification, deletion of the same, restriction of the processing of data concerning you, to object to their processing, data portability;

5) You have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6) The disclosure of your data:

-is obligatory by law, so your refusal to disclose the data will result in the inability to fulfill the contract;
